I went to a class today and was energized...as usual. I know people can experience different things during and after a class- I'm always energized and clear headed for a long period of time after a class. This state can be very helpful when putting a thesis together!
I'm making great progress in the paper-I'm almost done with all of Dr. Wulf's suggestions. I'm saving the financials for the end-an excellent example of procrastination.

Are there health implications for people with heart or high blood pressure issues who take a Bikram class?
I would definitely get a doctor's okay before attempting a class if there are medical issues. I have read claims that Bikram yoga can help with circulation issues, arthritis, stress and other issues, but it always a good idea to get a doctor's opinion first.
